Just had this guy, Michael do an inspection/cleaning after the recent fires in our area. He was excellent. He was timely, communicative before the appointment, I made the appointment with his office. Then once here he was very informative, walked us live through the video inspection. Gave us a very honest non alarmist view of what needs to be addressed and what can possibly wait. Gave me tips on how to position cradle to get better airflow and was in and out within the time he said. Great experience!
